DEPOSIT POLICY

All appointments require a non refundable deposit. 

The deposit comes out of the final price of the tattoo.

I require at least 48 hours notice to change an appointment. Otherwise you lose your deposit. No exceptions. 

If you change your original appointment date, you must reschedule within 90 days or your deposit will be forfeited. 


You forfeit your deposit if:

You fail to give 48 hours notice to change your appointment.

You don’t show up to your appointment.

You arrive more than 20 mins late without having contacted me.

You change the concept of the design after our consultation.

If you lose your deposit and want to reschedule, a double deposit will be required to book a new date.

Deposits held for more than 90 days without contact from the client are subject to forfeit. 

 

HOW I WORK

I do all custom designs, but I do not email drawings to clients ahead of time. I will show you your drawing on the day of the appointment.

While I know people are eager to see their drawings, I find it's much easier to communicate in person. I also need to protect my drawings from being stolen. If any changes need to be made, we will do them together. And rest assured, we won't start until we're both happy with the design.  

I charge hourly for large designs and I give a flat rate for smaller or one-off pieces. My first hour of stenciling and design re-work is on the house. After that, I start running the clock. 


TOUCH-UP POLICY

If you follow my aftercare instructions and need a touch-up, please contact me asap.

I will do one complimentary touch up within 3 months of the completion of a tattoo. 

I do not offer free touch-ups on hands, feet, fingers or necks.
